내가 만약 학교의 교장이라면 넣고 싶은 규칙이 있다. 학생의 학습능력에 따라 반을 나누는 것이다. 물론 성적이 제일 중점이 되어서 나누겠지만 가장 중요한 것은 학생의 흥미도와 집중력이다. 공부를 잘 하는 것도 중요하지만 그 공부에 얼마나 학생이 흥미를가지고 있는지도 매우 중요하다고 생각한다. 아이들을 그저 랜덤으로 섞어서 반배정을 하게 된다면 그 반엔 공부를 잘 하는 아이와 못 하는 아이 모두가 섞여 있다.

If I'm the principal of a school, there is one rule which I really want to include. It is dividing classes according to students' learning abilities. Of course, classes will be divided mainly by grades, but the most important thing is the interest and concentration of students. Studying well is also important, but I think how much interest students have in that study is also very important. If children are assigned to classes randomly, children who study well and who don't study well are all mixed.

If I were a principal in this school, there is a rule that I want to make. I'd like to divide students depending on their academic ability. Of course, their academic performance is the most important thing to consider, but the main standard is their interest and concentration. The academic performance is, of course, important but how much the student feels interested in studying is important too. If students are assigned in the classroom randomly, they are put in the same classroom regardless of their academic performances.
